1985 Ford Jamboree Ralley RV failed EGR and EVAP tests.
I started thr smog process in San Diego at a gold sheild place However I failed the gas tank pressure test and the Egr test only. everything else passed. I have repaired both with a new gasket on the gas tank and a new Egr unit Can I get any Credit toward the fees I have allready paid in San Diego now that I am in long Beach. Please Advise My Vechicle will be listed in the DMV data base at this point I am sure.
Answer:
Unfortunately credit can not be applied from one smog station to next as smog stations are independently run businesses.
