I have a 1980 Chevy Luv truck. I want to convert to a different carburetor.

I read C.A.R.B Executive Order D-133-13 which allows two different carburetor kits on years 1972 through 1979. Is it possible this order could be applied to the 1980 model?

Unfortunately not. Your replacement carburetor must have an EO number specifically for your 1980 Chevy truck.
