2005 Salvage Toyota Avalon Salvage Title

I get cheated allot because I'm an older woman, alone.

If my car is a 2003 salvaged title, Toyota Avalon XLS, can I be eligible for government help as Im on Food Stamps & low income utilities reduced pricing. Would the salvaged title disqualify me from eligibility for assistance if I fail the test?

I have to find a place I can trust fast and am nervous about failing or being cheated.
