1998 toyota 4runner limited, I am looking to buy this model/make used car. It doesnt have smog certificate or registration, and I have to go with the guy to buy back the title from the credit union. I told him I need him to get registration and smog and I will work with him about the title. I need to know what the registration paperwork and smog paperwork looks like.
