2011 Honda Civic LX Failed For Short Ram Intake

I failed the visual inspection due to my short ram intake not matching the year of my car. My intake has CARB sticker: D-370-13. According to the Executive Order, the year of my car was exempt from the list of cars. My car passed everything else. What do I need to do to pass my smog. I'm in California.
