Take you Toyota Corolla to a smog check repair mechanic. Let them diagnose
your Toyota's high idle problem. It's more then likely going to be an idle
air/fuel mixture adjustment which is needed, and can be corrected for a
minimal fee. If the high idle is to only problem keeping your Corolla from
passing the smog test this simple fix (assuming there is no component
damage) will get you back on the road.
