2000 Acura Integra GSR B18C1 Engine Trouble Code P1399

I have a Acura Integra that randomly pops up trouble code P1399 every other day. I did a full tuneup to it. Wires, spark plugs, coil. Also valve lash adjustments 6 times and timing adjustment 6 times.. and P1399 still comes up every other day. Most the time it doesn't turn on the check engine light; its just a ghost code. Once in a while it comes up with the check engine light light. Thanks in advance

Acura has indicated this problem can be related from fuel injection, engine compression, EGR system plugged up, to valve adjustment.
