Unless your Dodge was manufactured for import to California, (in other words
it is California legal and not 49-state legal; check your emissions decal
under the hood) more then likely it was never equipped with a catalytic
converter. I'd recommend you contact the state smog referees office at (800)
622-7733 for more information.
