Regardless this Subaru's emission certification it can be registered in California after passing a California smog inspection.
Used vehicle being brought into California from our-of-state can pass the California smog test with out needing any emission system modification or upgrade.
So long as the vehicle's original emission system has not been tampered with and the vehicle pass the emissions test it can be registered here.
