1989 Acura Legend CAP Repair Assistance Application

I have applied over a month ago for the CAP Buy Back Program and wonder when my application will be approved? My Vehicle registration renewal is due in February and I do not want any fees or problems.

I have tried so many times to call but continually am told that the computers are down. Thank you.

Answer:		It appears the State is back-logged with applications since Oct 2011. We can only recommend that you attempt to contact them until you reach someone. You can try to call the Consumer Affairs at (800) 952-5210 and see if they can route you to CAP through them. posted by SmogTips Support
