Who do I see to contest a smog technicians decision?
He the "smog tech" claims my Chevy Astro Vans exaust has been modified. It has not! I had the Catalytic Converter changed is all that has been done. He says it has two CAT converters. Mechanic will not remove the pre cat because it is original equipment on the Astro Van. What is my recourse?
