I have a 1991 Honda civic lx 1.6l, just had a rebuilt engine installed and runs great.I need to have it smoged, but my temperature gauge and gas gauge are not working on my speedometer works. Will my car pass smog with these two gauges not working?

The California smog check does not inspect the fuel or temperature gauges. Your Honda can pass the smog test with these gauges not working.
