The air injection pump can not be disabled via your Tundra's stock ECU. A performace ECU modification can disable the smog pump but cause a smog check failure as well. Note: The pump running for 30-60 seconds during cold start-up is normal and used to heat up the Catalytic Converter.
The air injection pump is located beneath the intake manifold. You may remove it for a cleaning though it may not decrease noise much. Usually electric motors will begin whinning when bearings begin to deteriorate.
