OBD II Fault code P0767 indicates a transmission problem: SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE D STUCK ON
Problems you might be experiencing:
- Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light)
- Transmission will not shift gears.
Possible causes:
- Low transmission fluid level
- Dirty transmission fluid
- Faulty shift solenoid D valve
- Shift solenoid D valve harness or connectors
- Shift solenoid D valve circuit is open or shorted
Resetting the check engine light will require erasing the trouble code (P0767) using a scan tool. Once the trouble code is erased, you will need to reset the emission monitors (readiness flags) by driving your vehicle for at least 200 miles.
