An emissions test from Nevada unfortunately can not be used for California vehicle registration. You'll need to obtain a smog check in California from a California BAR certified smog check station. Pay particular attention to the type of smog check you need to get in California too. There are STAR and non-STAR requirements. If you only need a regular California smog check (non-STAR), you can have it done at any California smog station. If your vehicle is STAR designated, then only a STAR station can certify your vehicle.
