my vehicle has been at fitzgeralds car repair in costa mesa since nov.18,2024 upon your approval for repairs of vehicle for it did not pass smog test.i understood from owner of fitzgeralds that car might take a few weeks to repair since they had to contact cap to get approval for any repairs that were needed,i know that with the holidays it could be delayed a week or 2.talked to the owner monday 2/24/2025 and he informed me that car could cost an additional cost of 1500$ on top of what cap is paying i dont understand cuase owner knows i only collect social security for income.i need someone in cap to investigate why the high cost and why its been 3 months and my car is still not being worked on orjust been delayed due to it requirering cap to approval.i am personnally very upset on the situation need someones help on this matter
